What payment methods do you accept?

We accept secure card and bank payments through our checkout in Nigerian Naira (NGN). All transactions are encrypted end-to-end — we never see or store your card details.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed and dispatched within 48 hours of purchase confirmation. Delivery time varies by destination and is shown at checkout — we ship within Nigeria and to select international destinations. See our full Shipping Policy for details.

Can I track my order?

Yes — you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

What is your return policy?

What if my item arrives damaged or wrong?

Contact us immediately with photos of the issue — we'll replace it or refund you at no extra cost, and in most cases you won't need to return the item.
