Refund policy

At Twin Titans Emporium, your satisfaction matters to us. If you're not completely happy with your order, you may request a return or refund within 10–15 days of delivery.

Eligibility
Item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it. Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

How to request a return
Email us at tee142476@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond with instructions within 48 hours.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrived damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us immediately with photos ,we'll replace it or refund you at no extra cost, no return required in most cases.

Non-returnable items
Items marked as final sale, and any item returned outside the 10–15 day window, are not eligible for refund.
